The purpose of this paper is to present the advanced environmental policy of the city, emphasizing the waste policy. Additionally I try to compare German with Japanese waste policy, and to suggest the issues involved in constructing the "circulating society" in Japan., 10, KJ00005094734, P}, pages = {83--93}, title = {ドイツ・フライブルク市の廃棄物政策(生活科学)}, volume = {(4)}, year = {2008}, yomi = {トビタ, ミツル} }
