{"created":"2023-06-19T07:36:04.159789+00:00","id":1953,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"025f020c-1d49-468c-a4f4-061c93fb1707"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1953","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1953"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:mejiro.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001953","sets":["1:19:160"]},"author_link":["4859","4856","4860","4858","4855","4857"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"16","bibliographicPageEnd":"111","bibliographicPageStart":"99","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"目白大学健康科学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"Mejiro Journal of Health Care Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"《目的》新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)の流行により、2020年度の保健師国家試験受験資格を得るために必修の実習である公衆衛生看護学実習Ⅱ(地域保健活動)をオンラインによる代替実習に変更して実施した。よって、本稿では、代替実習の内容を振り返り、実習における学生の学びと課題を記述することを目的とする。\n《方法》保健師課程の学生26名の内、実習目標に対する自己評価表19名、科目評価アンケート21名、最終レポート26名のデータを分析した。自己評価表と科目評価アンケートは記述統計、最終レポートは内容分析を行った。\n《結果》学生の自己評価表の点数は、4段階のスケールで、すべての項目において中央値は3~4の範囲であり、平均値は3点台であった。すべての学生が目標に対して、「よくできた」「だいたいできた」と評価した。科目評価アンケートでは、実習の満足感、実習目標の理解、教員の関わり等に関する項目は評価が高い一方で、パソコンを長時間使用することによる身体的・精神的影響を尋ねた項目の評価が低かった。最終レポートの内容分析では、地域づくりや施策化に関する考え、保健師の役割や姿勢等に関すること等の10のテーマが抽出された。\n《結論》オンラインによる実習であったが、学生は保健師として求められる知識や技術を幅広く学び、保健師の役割を自分の言葉で表現できていた。しかし、今回の代替実習は教員が課題を作成し、その枠の中で進むものであった。学生は臨地での住民や指導者、関係職種等との相互作用の中で学ぶ経験をすることができなかった。これらの影響を長期的に評価していく必要があると考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Objectives: The study aims to review the contents of an alternative online practice introduced in nursing education in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and students’ learning and agendas in the practice “Public Health Nursing Practice II” (Community Health Activities), which is required to qualify for the national examination for public health nurses.\nMethods: Data from 19 self-evaluation sheets on practice objectives, 21 practice evaluation questionnaires, and 26 final reports from 26 students in the public health nurse course were analyzed. Descriptive statistics was conducted for the self-evaluation sheets and practice evaluation questionnaires, and content analysis was conducted for the final report.\nResults: The medians ranged from 3-4, and the means are in the 3-point range on a 4-point scale for all items of student’s self-evaluation sheet. All students rated their performance as “well done” or “mostly well done” on the objectives. In the practice evaluation questionnaire, items related to satisfaction with practice, understanding of practice goals, involvement of teachers, etc. had high evaluations, while items related to physical or mental effects due to long-term use of computers had low evaluations. In the content analysis of the final report, 10 themes were extracted, including thoughts on community development and policy making, and the role and attitude of public health nurses.\nConclusions: Although the practice was conducted online, students gained a wide range of knowledge and skills required of a public health nurse and were able to express the role of a public health nurse in their own words. However, since this alternative practice was conducted within the framework of assignments created by the faculty, students were unable to experience learning through on-site interactions with residents, supervisors, and related professionals.
