Cooperative students were recruited, and 20 gave consent for the study. After OSCE, participants were asked to （1） determine their awareness of their difficulties, （2） watch an OSCE video, （3） document the degree and content of their awareness of their difficulties after VR, and （4） participate in a group discussion.\nResults: Student awareness increased by ten percentage points from step 1 to step 3. Most student reflections addressed their own behavioral characteristics and attitudes; a few were about skills.
