Each person performed the prone position at home at least three times a week or more once daily for 15–30 min. The long seated forward bend and the Functional Reach Test score were measured in the activity room of the center once a month; then, the prone position was performed for 15 min, and measurements were obtained again. The data collected in the prone position at the initiation and after six months were compared by Wilcoxon’s signed rank test using SPSS version 20.\nResults:The comparison before and after performing the prone position showed a significant increase in the long seated forward bend and the Functional Reach Test score when the prone position was initiated and after six months.
