Those in the information collection group were more likely to have an understanding of hygiene management manuals and to want to further improve their knowledge of hygiene management.\nConclusion:There was a relationship between the cooks who voluntarily took actions to improve their knowledge of hygiene management and collected information and their awareness of food and nutrition education and hygiene management.
