 note = {pdf, We generated categories through resident interviews regarding factors related to complaints at Institutions for persons with disabilities. 29 codes and 16 categories were generated from the interviews of 8 people. Furthermore, 16 categories were organized into 4 factors.
As a result of the analysis, it was found that the factors related to complaint expression include the following environmental factors. It's Lack of explanations and reports from the institutions, Attitudes and systems of staff that hinder the expression of complaints, and The function of the residents organization has become a mere shell. And it became clear that this led to the resident's mind conflict and giving up.
In order to promote the complaints of residents, it is necessary to carry out systematic efforts to deal with these factors and involvement from the standpoint of residents.},
