Methods: To identify the basic attribute and characteristic, in a workplace for 118 planned nursing subject fourth graders who were a graduate in 2017 and March 2018, an investigation was carried out about the items on the acquisition method of finding employment information, a person affected by workplace decision, and satisfaction for finding employment support of the university. Results: In the workplace of the target person, 42.5% of the whole are hospitals in training facilities, public in a country, and a local government hospital occupied mostly. The item which I made much of when I chose a workplace chose を where “labor circumstances was set” in which “the correspondence with the intercompress had good” which “the atmosphere of a ward and the nursing job had good” with precedence. As for the student whom a workplace did training facilities and chose, “the instruction that I received in training” tended to make much of the item of “the scholarship loan from finding employment facilities” that “there were many graduates.” Conclusion: In the future, we should support students so that they can decide where to find their job. Sharing own opinions and opinions of the employees who work when participating in internships and providing information on employment at an early stage are also shown to be helpful.
