The response rate was 16% (n=228). Statistical analyses were conducted by exploratory and multiple-linear regression.\nResult: The work performance scale of care workers was designed based on two factors: Evidence base care, and Treatment for multi-difficulties. The developed scale was correlated with the following criteria: Nakahara’s work performance scale, self-evaluation of work performance, and job satisfaction. The scale had a good internal consistency of reliability (as=.832 and .873). When analyzing the factors affecting the work performance of care workers, experiential learning had a bigger influence than other factors. The experiential learning model was designed on four factors.
