And it is to consider the necessity of supervision training for Service Manager.\nWe conducted an interview survey on participants in model training. And I analyzed the data by the granted theory approach. And we summarized in 8 categories it.\nFrom the results, it was suggested that Supervision training is effective in recognizing the leadership position, building relationships with other staff, and improving the quality of business establishments. We also showed the necessity of Supervision training in professional training.
