Among the students, 9.9%, 70.7%, and 19.4% had a current, past, and no exercise habit, respectively. In comparison with other university students, “health level,” “diet” and “rest” were significantly higher, and “exercise” was significantly lower in the college students. In a classification into 4 types based on a factor-segregated scale decision table, fulfilling needs, caution needed in lifestyle, caution needed in health, and general caution needed types accounted for 29.5%, 21.6%, 7.0%, and 41.9% of the students, respectively. The total points were higher in the college students, but improvement is required because the caution-needed type accounted for more than 40% of the students in the factor-segregated scale decision table. In addition, the particularly low rate of exercise suggests that college students might not have sufficient time for exercise because they spend a lot of time on learning and job research during the short 2-year period of college life.}, pages = {61--69}, title = {大学初年度生における健康度と運動実施状況の関係―女子短期大学生に着目して―}, year = {2019} }
