Four people were interviewed. All of them have mental illness and were graduated from university to study social work and to get a qualification of Social Worker and / or Psychiatric social worker. Results of the interview were analyzed by Trajectory Equifinality Approach, TEA. Through field training, all four people told that they could have confidence in themselves to be social workers because of positive feedback from clients and completing filed training having feeling of achievement. Therefore, in order to work in social welfare filed, an important element is “being confident in themselves completing filed training” and in order to complete filed training it is important to have supervisor know about their illness. We could realize that those who have mental illness themselves can interact with clients as equal partners having sympathy and genuineness, therefore they are trusted by both colleagues and clients.
