The results of analysis indicated that previously graduated nurses were likely to experience stress caused by the workplace environment and show low levels of perceived support from their colleagues as well as less satisfaction. Among previously graduated nurses, factors affecting stress response consisted mainly of job stress, while new graduates were likely to be affected also by individual characteristics such as personality traits and help-seeking style.
