 note = {pdf, 《目的》既婚女性看護師の仕事と家庭の両立支援策の利用状況と希望する支援を明らかにすることを目的とした。
《方法》関東圏内200床以上を持つ病院46施設に勤務する既婚女性看護師を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。分析は意味内容の類似性によりカテゴリーとサブカテゴリーに分類した。
《結果》有効回答は632名（有効回答率88.8％）制度を利用している者92名（14.6％）利用していない者535名（84.7％）であった。利用している制度は「短時間勤務制度」「休業休暇の制度」「深夜業の制限制度」「子ども・子育て支援」「その他」の5 カテゴリーだった。希望する支援は「労働時間管理」「勤務形態」「子ども・子育て支援」「福利厚生」「人事」「教育・研修」「業務改善」「相談支援」の8 カテゴリーだった。
《結論》気兼ねなく話せるよう職場の雰囲気を改善し、制度を利用しやすいよう整備に努めること、仕事に対する意欲を持ち続けキャリアを伸ばしていけるよう、まず各施設で就業時間内に研修を行う必要性があることが示唆された。, Objective: This study aimed to identify the conditions of institutional arrangements for married female nurses to balance work and family and their desired support.
Methods: A self-rating questionnaire survey administered to married female nurses working in 46 hospitals, each with 200 beds or more in the Kanto region. Data were classified into categories and sub-categories depending on similarities of meaning of the responses prior to analysis.
Results: We received 632 valid responses （88.8%）, and of these, 92 nurses （14.6 %） utilized such institutional arrangements, whereas 535（ 84.7%） did not. There were five categories of institutional arrangements: “short work shifts,” “holidays and leave,” “child care support,” and “restrictions on late night work.” Desired support was in eight categories: “working hour arrangements,” “child care support,” “working style,” “welfare,” “improvement of working conditions,” “education and training,” “personnel assignments,” “consultation opportunities,” and “others.”
Conclusions: The findings of the study suggest the need to improve work environments where nurses can communicate freely with each other, improve arrangements for nurses to use the available institutional arrangements easily, and provide training during working hours at the facility so that nurses maintain motivation to work and develop their careers.},
