The subjects were 37 university students who participated in a four-day outdoor activities program. The IKIRU CHIKARA scale (IKR) developed by Tachibana et al. (2003) was administered before and after program. In the same way, the alteration of consciousness and professional growth as a leader was administered before and after program. After the program, IKIRU CHIKARA was showed significant change (p<0.05). Then, the communication abilities, the cooperative relationship, the safety management abilities and consciousness as a leader increased after the program (p<0.05). The result suggested that outdoor activity program for the university students aspiring to become primary school teachers effected a change of the IKIRU CHIKARA and consciousness as leader.}, pages = {161--170}, title = {野外活動実習における小学校教員志望学生の生きる力と指導意識の変容に関する研究}, year = {2017} }
