 note = {カウンセリング研修参加者間の話し手・聴き手役割演習(模擬カウンセリング)において,まず個別方式(2人の間で相互に話し手と聴き手を交代)で実施し,次に集団(井戸端会議)方式(小集団内で1人の話し手に他の参加者が共同の聴き手になって順次全員が話し手となる方式)で実施し,最後に一人で想定書簡によって経験の整理を行うという3つの演習をセットにしたプログラムを開発し,その効果を体験振り返り評定と感情気分評定によって検討した。体験振り返り評定は,先行研究の参加者体験報告(自由記述)をもとに項目化し,専門家の点検と因子分析を経て,クライエント体験評定については2因子(関係性因子と効果性因子),カウンセラー体験評定については1因子(共感的傾聴成分)が同定され,3つの尺度が作成された。そして事前の感情気分評定の後,研修プログラムを構成する各方式の直後に感情気分評定とクライエント/カウンセラー体験の評定を求めた。その結果,感情効果(肯定的感情の促進と否定的感情の緩和)においても,クライエント体験(関係性と効果性)評定とカウンセラー体験(共感的傾聴)評定においても,個別方式の効果をその後の集団(井戸端会議)方式がさらに促進すること,そして想定書簡の後には幾分か低下することが認められた。この結果から,それぞれの方式の特徴と意義について考察した。, This study assessed the effects of one-to-one interview method, group method, and assumed letter writing in counselor training program on three types of rating scales. First, we developed the self-rating scales for participants to evaluate experience as client or counselor-in-training in counselor training program. According to factor analysis we made up counseling relation scale and counseling effect scale for client's rating and empathic listening scale for counselor's rating. Second, forty one participants experienced client-counselor role taking between two persons, that in group setting, and the assumed letter writing in consecutive ways. And they were asked to estimate their experience on three scales after each session. Also, they were asked to estimate their affects on 20 items before and after each session. As the results, group session facilitated significantly the counseling relation, counseling effect, and empathic listening of single counselor method.
