 note = {適応指導教室における不登校中学生の回復および成長に影響を及ぼす要因について,卒業生2名を対象とした半構造化面接により調査した。現高校生の卒業生男女各1名に対し,適応指導教室に通って役立ったこと,学んだこと等を質問し,レジリエンスの観点から検討を加えた。レジリエンスとは,困難な出来事を克服し,その経験を自己の成長の糧として受け入れる状態に導く特性のことである。ここでは,不登校経験からの回復と成長をレジリエンスの構成要因である「子どもの周囲から提供される要因」「子どもの個人要因」「子どもによって獲得される要因」の3点から検討した。その結果,調査対象者2名の語りから抽出された役立った適応指導教室の援助機能は,生徒同士の親密な関係,相談員との信頼関係,補習機能であった。また,大人が子どもに真剣に向き合うことの影響は両者がともに強調しており,生徒の回復に関する重要な要因であると考えられた。レジリエンスの観点からは,両者に共通して適応指導教室から提供されていたのは,「安定した学校環境」「家族外での情緒的サポート」であった。一方,「子どもの個人要因」「子どもによって獲得される要因」の個人差により,生徒各人は適応指導教室が提供する援助機能をそのレジリエンス特性に応じて役立てていることが示唆された。, In this study, semi-structured interviews are held with two graduates of junior high school, who have experienced the non-attendance at school and recovered via adjustment guidance class (AGC), and their answers are analyzed from the viewpoint of resilience. Resilience is the ability of people to overcome the difficulties and then thrive further. They are asked what were useful help and acquisitions at AGC, and their recovery process is examined in the aspects of 'support from surrounding', 'personal issues' and 'acquisitions', that are the representative factors of resilience. As a result, it is found that the effective function of AGC is the creation of intimacy relationship with peer, the placing reliance on teachers, and the supplementary lessons. Especially, they emphasized the effectiveness of serious facing of adults toward students. They also suggest that both students were offered 'stable environment' and 'emotional support from outside the family' at AGC in common.
