心理学のパブリックイメージに関する研究動向および今後の展望 Research Trends and Future Perspectives on Public Image of Psychology 内間, 望 沼田, 真美 藤巻, 貴之 今野, 裕之 UCHIMA, Nozomi NUMATA, Mami FUJIMAKI, Takayuki KONNO, Hiroyuki 目白大学 心理学イメージ リカレント教育 心理学教育 Image of Psychology Recurrent Education Psychology Education pdf 本論文の目的は，心理学のパブリックイメージの研究動向を概観し，心理学の普及・啓発の今後の方向性を提案することである。1892年にアメリカ心理学会が設立されて以来，社会における心理学リテラシーを高めることの重要性が指摘され続けてきた。日本においても学問としての心理学にとっての大きな課題は心理学の普及・啓発であり，「心理学のパブリックイメージ」に関する研究も多数行われている。高校生・大学生・社会人を対象としたそれらの研究からは，彼らが必ずしも心理学という学問に対して正しいイメージを抱いているとは限らないことが分かる。これらの知見から，本研究では普及の方向性として，第1に高校生に普及させ，大学で心理学を専攻する学生を増やすこと，第2に社会人のリカレント教育として心理学を普及させることを述べた。最後に，心理学が大学卒業後世代である社会人のリカレント教のための教育内容として有益であるという実証研究が必要であること，その実証研究の結果を踏まえたうえで社会人に対する心理学教育を構築する必要性があることについて考察した。 This paper aims to review research trends on the public image of psychology and propose directions for future research. Since the founding of the American Psychological Association in 1892, the importance of increasing psychological literacy in society has been continuously pointed out. In Japan as well, a major issue for psychology as an academic discipline is the dissemination and enlightenment of psychology, and many studies on the "public image of psychology" have been conducted. These studies, targeting university students, high school students, and working adults, show that they do not always have a correct image of psychology as an academic discipline. Based on these findings, two directions for the dissemination of psychology were described in this study.
