| 内容記述 | 発達障害児をもつ母親は,診断が確定しにくい点から,母親は子どもが障害を持っているかどうかの疑いの時期が長く,障害の肯定・否定の葛藤を繰り返すといわれる(中田,1995)。葛藤を起こしている状態は,心理的に危機的な状態だといえ,障害の疑いの時期から診断名がつくまでの時期における母親を対象とした事例を中心に調査研究を行うこととした。その結果,障害の疑いから診断までの時期が平均して,2年1ヶ月の期間を要しており,先行研究と同様に,診断までの期間が長いことが発達障害児の特徴であることが明らかになった。この期間に対象者全員が,障害があるかどうかの葛藤や不安を感じており,つらかった時期であった。また,10人中8人の母親は,子どもを養育する中で最もつらかった時期としてこの時期をあげた。このような疑いから診断までの時期で,母親の心理的過程に影響を与えたものは,特に,夫からの心理的サポート,同じ悩みをもつ母親同士のピアサポート,専門機関や病院からの実際的サポートであった。以上より,臨床家によって夫への子育ての参加を促す場,同じ悩みを持つ母親同士のピアサポートが得られる場,専門機関や病院につなげるサポートなどの提供が必要であると考察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Mother having a developmental disability child has a long time of the doubt why a child has an disabilities as for the mother from the point where a diagnosis is hard to be settled, and she repeat a tangle of affirmation/negation of disabilities (Nakata, 1995). The state that caused a tangle was in a state critical psychologically, and I decided to perform research mainly on an example for mother in the time before being accompanied by a diagnosis name from the time of doubt of a disabilities. As a result, the time from doubt of disabilities to a diagnosis needed a period of 2 years 1 month on an average, and, same as a precedent study, it became clear that it was a characteristic of a developmental disability child to have a long period to a diagnosis. For this period, all the people of object felt a tangle and the uneasiness that there were disabilities, and all of them were the hard time. In addition, 8 of 10 mothers nominated this time for the hardest time that they bred a child. By the time from such a doubt to a diagnosis, it was support of psychology from their husband, peer support between mother who had the same trouble and support of a fact from Specialized Agencies and a hospital for the thing which affected a psychological process of mother particularly. So I think that offers such as the support that the place where a husband participates in child care by clinician and mother can tie peer support to a provided seat and Specialized Agencies and a hospital are necessary. | |||||
